Part of the
BMS Access Support can conduct comprehensive coverage research to help identify coverage options for your patients. Your patient’s BMS Access Support Care Coordinator can research alternative insurance options, as well as provide information about independent, non-profit organizations, which may be able to provide financial support.
Another part of BMS Access Support is assisting you and your patient with identifying an infusion site location for your patients. This may be useful if you do not perform onsite infusions. In the event you or your patients are temporarily or permanently displaced by a natural disaster, we’re here to help ensure uninterrupted access to care. BMS Access Support will also follow up with the patient, the alternate site of care, and physician to confirm that the patient has obtained access to initiate therapy.
The accurate completion of reimbursement- or coverage-related documentation is the responsibility of the healthcare provider and patient. Bristol-Myers Squibb and its agents make no guarantee regarding reimbursement for any service or item.
